I am a first year graduate student working in the Radiation Transport and Reactor Physics research group under the direction of Dr. Todd Palmer. My main research interests lie in computational methods for radiation transport and advanced reactor modeling and simulation. I will be joining the Center for Advancing the Radiation Resilience of Electronics (CARRE) project where I will help implement light- and heavy-ion transport.
I attended the University of Texas at Austin for my undergraduate studies where I obtained my B.S. in Physics and Mathematics. During my time there, I took the university’s radiation course sequence, which is how I became interested in the nuclear field. I also did some work in nuclear materials and safety.
